NBCUniversal is throwing a hurricane party!
In an effort to raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Sandy, the network is airing a concert telethon that will air simultaneously on NBC, Bravo, E!, CNBC, USA, SYFY, Style, G4, and more for one hour!
One hour? Isn’t that more of a telesprint?
Hey, it’s not the quantity of the show, it’s the quality. And if they wanted quality performances, they couldn’t have chosen much better than Bruce Springsteen and Christina Aguilera!
In addition to the Boss and Xtina, the benefit will also feature performances by Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, and Sting!
Wow! With all that talent at one venue, you won’t even have to turn on your TV! You’ll hear it live!
All proceeds of the fundraiser will go to the American Red Cross!
