TMZ is reporting that none other than Cardi B is in negotiations to perform her remix of Girls Like You with the band, and could even potentially land a solo set during the show.

Sources say that the Bodak Yellow rapper has a ton of offers to perform in early February, so her team is trying to score the best deal they can get.
Cardi’s involvement in the halftime show would definitely appease the fans who were hoping the NFL would pay homage to Atlanta’s hot hip-hop scene, as that’s where the big game is to be held next year.
Even if the NFL lands Cardi, the question remains: how much does it have to pay Adam Levine NOT to rap with her?
