Did Kaitlyn Bristowe think she was headed to a summer cookout??
The Bachelorette‘s newest couple hit up the CMA Awards red carpet in Shawn Booth‘s hometown of Nashville.
Along the carpet, the Canada native admitted that she didn’t do any crazy shopping in preparation for country’s biggest night:

“This was in my closet.”

Well… at least she’s resourceful.
On second glance, the patterned dress started to grow on us — especially since her glam looked FLAWLESS — but we still think the maxi looks super casual next to Shawn B.’s dapper blue suit.
