Well, that happened.
At the CMA Awards, Fall Out Boy and Thomas Rhett performed bizarre and slightly uncomfortable duets of their hits, Crash & Burn AND Uma Thurman.
Let’s just say it didn’t exactly work. The contrast in vocals along with the misplaced background dancers (seriously, what was going on?!) didn’t do the songs justice.

Hey, at least they tried! A+ for effort!
While Crash & Burn wasn’t a complete loss, Uma Thurman was super AWKWARD. We love Thomas’ voice, but it was just way too deep in comparison to Patrick Stump‘s pipes!
