Fans are still waiting to hear what might have been the cause of Cory Monteith‘s death.
And while there are lots of rumors that drugs and alcohol might have been involved, his family doesn’t want to think about that and they also don’t want the fans to think about that.
With the autopsy complete, Cory’s family hopes the results don’t play any role in how he will be remembered.
Cory’s cousin, Richard Monteith, has spoken out about how the family hopes his fans will handle the sudden and tragic death of the Glee star. He said:
“Please don├óΓé¼Γäót judge on what is gonna be coming out. Glass half full. All the good things that he├óΓé¼Γäós done. There├óΓé¼Γäós more things on that side to focus on … As guys, we didn├óΓé¼Γäót really talk too much about problems. But for me, anyways, that├óΓé¼Γäós not the focus. People are gonna focus on this last chapter as a bad thing. Don├óΓé¼Γäót use the last chapter do judge someone├óΓé¼Γäós life ├óΓé¼┬ª Because his life is full of beautiful stories and failures and successes. It doesn├óΓé¼Γäót matter about his problems. It matters about the lives he changed. It matters that he was genuine.”
We couldn’t agree more!
Whatever the reason for Cory’s death, he’s clearly touched many lives and given lots of love to others.
We hope that he continues to be remembered as fondly after the autopsy as he has been remembered this week.
