Dianna Agron 'Will Miss' Cory Monteith; Releases Official Statement Following His Death

While the news of Cory Monteith├óΓé¼Γäós passing continues to shock, Gleeks are banding together and speaking out in honor of the star├óΓé¼Γäós memory.

The actor├óΓé¼Γäós Glee co-star Dianna Agron is the latest to release a statement in remembrance of Cory├óΓé¼Γäós long-lasting influence.

She began:

├óΓé¼┼ôI have never lost a friend. In this difficult time, I am leaning on all of the wonderful memories we shared with Cory, how many ways he was able to make us smile… Glee was a gift to all of us. It gave us a family in this industry.├óΓé¼┬¥

Dianna continued:

├óΓé¼┼ôWe really cut our teeth and grew up on this show. In playing underdogs, we learned that we had dug into the hearts of our viewers and that we could stay there… Cory is so deserving of that place in everyone├óΓé¼Γäós hearts. He was one of the most generous and kind people that I have ever met. He had a smart, curious mind, he was an enormous talent. He was loving to not only me, but my family.├óΓé¼┬¥

And finally, Dianna addressed Cory├óΓé¼Γäós family and his love Lea Michele with warm, heartfelt words:
