Dina Lohan Files New Court Docs Claiming Michael Lohan Hasn't Paid A DIME Of His Son's Private School Education!

Michael Lohan was supposed to pay thousands in child support to Dina Lohan back in May of 2013…
But in new court docs, LiLo’s momma is claiming that Michael refuses to cut a check for their son Cody‘s Catholic school education, after they agreed to split the $10K a year tuition.
Dina said she covered the first 3 years, but wants Michael to more than rightfully pay the final installment…
So instead of showing her the cash, Michael is slamming his ex-wife back, claiming he already paid $30K for school AND gave Cody a car.
ZOMG! Who do we believe in this sitch?!
He also revealed that he’s given her $1,500 a month for the last two years and paid for Ali‘s NYC apartment.
Apparently Dina has been spending the cash on visiting a new boyfriend, but with this couple’s crazy history — we have no idea what to think!
