Divorce Rumors True? Dr. Phil Puts His House On The Market

Could this be another sign of divorce for the hick doctor?

Dr. Phil has officially put his 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms Beverly Hills mansion on the market. Some of the extravagant features of the place include a rotunda entrance hall, screening room, billiards room, his and hers offices, and staff quarters.
The last time he and his wifey looked into selling the place, it was three years ago, amidst divorce rumors. Neither the divorce nor a sale came to happen, so perhaps this is history repeating itself.
We don’t think it will sell, though. Not many people can afford a place listed at $16,500,000!!!
We don’t even think Oprah herself would touch that property.
Nestle in one of those 8 bedrooms, Phil. We don’t think you are going anywhere!
