Drake and Lil Wayne have been court ordered to pay $432,337.50 to a company that claims the rappers bailed on a 2011 club appearance, but the duo are saying hell to the no!
They’ve joined forces to fight the judicial decision and have filed legal documents in response to the ruling that favors Imperial Entertainment Group. Instead of forking over a dime, they want the judgement revoked.
The two insist that on top of never being notified about the gig in the first place, they weren’t even summoned to court to defend themselves!
Drake and Weezy swear they never signed a contract for the paid appearance and were booked through a third party that never had the authority to book them.
If these guys are telling the truth and are being taken advantage of by some greedy club promoters, we hope the judge considers their version of the story!
