Forget playing coy, Drake is flat-out denying he shut down a Washington, D.C. restaurant last week to impress 18-year-old model Bella Harris.
The two have been linked with romantic rumors for some time now, but according to reports out in TMZ, it’s not happening — at least, not this past week, as we’ve previously been reporting.

Sources close to Drake say the Canadian rapper never took the teen model out on a date this week, and any photos floating around of the pair together are old, from a couple years ago.
Further, they claim Bella wasn’t even in town for the date, but rather up in New York City working at Fashion Week at the time.
For her part, Harris released a statement last yesterday afternoon that seemed to parallel Drake’s people, saying in part (below):
“Coming off an amazing New York fashion week, I feel I need to set the record straight … I did not dine in DC recently. I was happily working & dining in NYC everyday.”
So there you have it!
