Drake was ordered to cease and desist his Club Paradise show in Irving Tuesday night, as the concert had gone waaay past its scheduled end time.
A rep from the Irvine police department has confirmed that authorities had to wrap the long and LOUD performance because of the venue’s close proximity to residential neighborhoods.
Drake swiftly complied, cutting three songs from the concert’s end. He later tweeted a loving apology to his Irvine fans:
“Police made me cut the show short but I love you all for rocking with me Irvine.”
