Engagement rumors between Drake and Serena Williams nearly broke the internet yesterday when OK! mag reported that the 28-year-old rapper had popped the question.

Both reps for Drizzy and the 34-year-old tennis champ have denied that the two are taking their relationship to the next level, saying the gossip is “completely untrue”:
“Contrary to the rumors and reports, Serena Williams and Drake are not engaged. They are simply longtime friends.”
Yeah, they’re just a couple of pals that occasionally make out in restaurants and support each other at public events — duh!
