Eddie Murphy Squashes Toni Braxton Rumors

Sad. We were hoping we had a very cute couple on our hands!
Eddie Murphy has debunked any rumors that he and Toni Braxton were an item. Like Braxton, he says that the two are just good friends.
The actor said the following about the rumored romance:

I don├óΓé¼Γäót even know who the new love is. I know I├óΓé¼Γäóm single and I’m just up at the house, playing the guitar and being a single dad.
Toni and I are just friends. I went to her show, and we’re friends and she’s a very, very sweet girl, but we’re just friends.

Eddie must be too busy bragging about his Oscar hosting skills to have a relationship. HA!
Oh well. Maybe they’ll find love down the road!
