Ellen DeGeneres had a genius girl from a homeless family on her show earlier today.
Despite all her family problems, 17-year-old Samantha Garvey has dedicated herself to studying science. She hopes that, through a career in science, she can make a better life for herself and family!
Then (cause Ellen is better than Santa Clause) she gave Sam a $50,000 scholarship to the college of her choice!!!
