According to TMZ, on Tuesday at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas, Flavor Flav was attacked by a suspect named Ugandi Howard.
After the assailant accused the Public Enemy rapper of disrespecting his mother, he punches the Flavor of Love star in the face, and continues hitting him while he’s on the ground.

The former reality TV personality blames his pulled groin muscle for him not being able to stand up.
Eventually, the suspect was taken into custody, cited with battery, and was released. While Flav was taken to the hospital, he only suffered minor injuries.
