Flo Rida Ordered To Pay $7,000 For Lying To Judge

There is some logic to the old saying, “The truth will set you free” … especially when the lies can end up costing you big $$$!
Flo Rida is still in the process of defending himself in court from former assistant Mahogany Miller‘s allegations that he worked her to the bone and SEVERELY underpaid her. Thanks to Flo’s dishonesty though, the judge has already served Mz. Miller one victory.
After the lawsuit was initially filed, the rapper did not respond in time and his excuse to the judge was that he never received the papers. He argued that they were sent to a stranger named Stephany Nelson at an improper address.
As it turns out, she was no stranger, but was in fact an underpaid employee of his.
Since the judge thought his efforts to cover up the truth were “premeditated,” he’ll now be responsible for covering his ex-assistant’s attorney fees. The case has just begun, but he already owes the plaintiff $7,000.
This development makes Flo Rida’s argument even LESS credible than it was before, so we have a feeling his former assistant will be receiving a lot more green from Mr. Apple Bottom Jeans.
