YES!
We’re not going to lie, although we were THRILLED to hear that Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, and Zachary Quinto would all be returning in entirely new roles in the second season of American Horror Story, there was one name from the first line-up that were SLIGHTLY bummed to see missing:
Frances Conroy…who is currently nominated for an EMMY for her role as Moira, the sometimes-sexy undead maid!
However, we’re delighted to report that Ryan Murphy NEVER lets us down, and took to Twitter yesterday to reveal that the actress will, in fact, be back for another serving of scares!
And as to be expected, her new character couldn’t be further from her old one!
He writes:
Thrilled to announce Emmy nominee Frances Conroy is returning to AHS. Devils and angels this year…Frannie plays the ultimate angel.

AH-MAZING!
This woman is BEYOND talented, and with the already-impressive cast they’ve managed to compile for Asylum, she MORE than fits right in!
We’re just very curious to hear more about these devils and angels!
Something tells us they are NOT going to be how one would normally expect them to…especially coming from the mind of Ryan Murphy!
Agh! We CANNOT WAIT for this to premiere October 17th!
How about U?!
