It’s official!
Right on the heels of the news that Heidi Klum was possibly moving past her relationship with Seal and dating her Germany’s Next Top Model co-star Thomas Hay, the model has formally filed for divorce from her estranged husband!
According to court documents filed yesterday, the couple did, in fact, sign a prenuptial agreement, so they will be able to retain their separate assdets and property, but a source of contention could instead be custody rights, as Klum is reportedly seeking joint legal custody, but primary physical custody of the four kids, with Seal receiving visitation rights!
Such a shame! We just sincerely hope that they can keep this all as amicable as they’ve already been for the past three months, and keep the children as their primary concern!
Fingers crossed that the proceedings can go smoothly!
