Wow.
We really don’t have much more to say other than we’re sure that this is probably going to be the most inspiring thing we hear all day!
Jaide Bucher is only a freshman at Northglenn High School in Northglenn, Colorado, yet she was still able to make it onto the varsity softball team.
Even more impressive is that she’s actually the starting catcher for her team, an opportunity rarely awarded to such young athletes.
Oh yeah, and we forgot to mention, Jaide was only born with one arm.
That’s right!
After training since the age of five, Jaide wanted nothing more than to make her school’s softball team eventually, let alone her first year trying out. So making the starting lineup was just the icing on the cake.
We’re simply in awe over how amazing this young girl is!
Plus, we hear she’s a huge One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer fan, so she’s basically perfect in our book.
Ch-ch-check out 9News’ special report on Jaide’s inspiring story for yourself (below)!!!
