Vanderpump Rules resident DJ James Kennedy has decided to speak out following his arrest for misdemeanor domestic violence on Tuesday night.
In a statement released Friday December 13 via James’ attorneys, they shared:
“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James. We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”
So they are hoping police drop the entire thing!!

A curious development since both of the reality TV star’s exes spoke out following the arrest and were not surprised in the slightest by his alleged behavior.
ICYMI, a witness allegedly saw James arguing with a woman and he reportedly grabbed her. No idea if it was his current girlfriend Ally Lewber, but they do share a home in Burbank and were together at a party the night of the incident.
