Oh, boy… Tom Sandoval is representing himself in his lawsuit against Rachel Leviss.
As Perezcious readers know, his ex-girlfriend is suing him and Ariana Madix for eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress after he allegedly recorded her without her consent on a FaceTime call, video that Ariana later found, exposing their affair. Ariana has denied sharing the video with anyone, and Tom has also denied any wrongdoing, but the court has yet to agree to their attempts to dismiss the case.

Initially, the bar owner was represented by Matt Geragos, but they split ways over the summer when Matt filed a suit against Ariana, which Tom claimed he wasn’t fully informed about. The lawyer was replaced by attorneys Varand Gourjian and Tara Karamians, who have been working on the case for months. Until now!
According to OK! on Wednesday, the reality star just filed a substitution of attorney notice in the legal battle, revealing that he will be representing himself moving forward. WHAT? He thinks that’s a good idea?? This seems like a hot mess in the making!
A legal case like this is not going to be a simple fix. If he wants a fighting chance, you’d think he’d come prepared with the best team by his side. So, what’s going on? Does he just not agree with their course of action like the last lawyer? Or is he trying to save some cash? He and Tom Schwartz did just announce they’re closing Schwartz & Sandy’s, and the entire Vanderpump Rules cast was also axed. It’s tough out here for him!
Guess we’ll have to wait and see how this unfolds… Thoughts? Why do you think Tom is representing himself? Tell us (below).
