Learning to go about your life when you’ve lost a loved one is hard, especially when going to work everyday is a constant reminder.
This is why we have to applaud the cast of Glee, especially Ms Lea Michele.
Jane Lynch definitely agrees.
In addition to her heartfelt remembrance of Cory Monteith at the Emmy Awards, Jane also spoke up about how strong Lea has been about the whole situation.
Jane said:
“I know it’s just been brutal for her. I never lost a boyfriend when I was 26 years old. I can’t tell her what her experience is. She’s a champion, and she is a rock star, and she is getting through this.”
Stay strong, Lea!
Jane even spoke about how much trouble she has had coping with the tragedy and how much of a struggle it is while filming FOX‘s hit TV show.
She said:
“Every day that I go to work, I walk past his trailer, and every time I look at a call sheet I see that his name is not on there. Every time I do a scene with the kids I realize that he’s not there, so you’re reminded in every moment. It’s hard.”
However, something that should ease the pain for everyone is the upcoming tribute episode.
Jane reassured Gleeks after reading the script that it is “really beautiful.”
It’s a difficult time for fans, friends, and loved ones of Cory, but this too shall pass. Stay strong!
