It looks like the Roc Nation Sports family is about to get a whole lot bigger!
Jay Z has slowly been building his sporting empire brick by brick, and his latest brick is HUGE!!
Well Hova has nabbed yet another superstar for his team as he just signed New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia!
The baseballer broke the exciting news last night on Twitter by sharing a pic of the deal going down and wrote:
“#RocNationSports La Familia”
CC is currently signed with the Yankees through the 2016 and is set to earn $23 million in each of the next two years and $25 million in his final year of the contract. The team has a $25 million option for the 2017 season.
Jay has been on quite a roll lately with an absolutely STACKED roster which includes CC’s former teammate Robinson Cano and NBA sharpshooter Kevin Durant!
It definitely looks like the sky is the limit for Roc Nation Sports right now, and we can’t wait to see who they sign next!
