Brace yourselves. This is the best news you’ll hear all day:
According to the adorable Jenna Fisher, the entire cast of the The Office is totally ready for season 9.
Only problem is … NBC hasn’t renewed them for a next season yet. Whomp, whomp!
Um, guys … What are you waiting for???
Jenna explains:
“The whole cast, I’m talking about everybody — Ed [Helms], John [Krasinski], me, everyone — is wanting to come back. So it’s really just a matter of NBC pulling the trigger.”
How nice is that to hear, huh?!
Now, there have been rumors about The Office regarding cast members leaving, and reboots and every other crazy idea. And sadly, it is true that some of the main character’s contracts are up. Fischer, Helms, B.J. Novak and Krasinski could all walk away scot-free if they wanted to.
With Rainn Wilson attached to star in a spinoff about his character Dwight and Mindy Kaling having already shot a pilot of her own, we have no idea what might happen!!
