This Former Drew Carey Show Actor Is Going To Play Jerry Sandusky In The Penn State Scandal Movie -- Do You Think He's The Right Choice??

Famed director Brian De Palma is making a film about the Penn State sex abuse scandal called Happy Valley.
We previously mentioned that Al Pacino has been cast to play football coach Joe Paterno in the film, but that was all we knew.
Now we know the answer to the question on everyone’s mind: who will play Jerry Sandusky??
It’ll be former Drew Carey Show actor John Carroll Lynch playing the monster of Penn State:

You might remember him as Frances McDormand’s husband in Fargo or more recently on FX’s The Americans.
We have a feeling he’s going to give one hell of a performance.
Everything still feels so fresh in our minds, the horror still feels so recent. Oh yeah, that’s because it wasn’t long ago and Penn State’s punishment ended early for no reason.
Sigh. Anyway, we feel like that’s going to be one seriously intense film set.
