Jesse James Wins Sole Custody Of Daughter Sunny!

Well, at least something’s going for him this week!

Jesse James may have just broken up with Kat Von D, but he’s reportedly won solo custody of his daughter, Sunny, from ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, after a nasty, extended court battle between the two!

According to an Orange County judge on Monday, he was in favor in Jesse, and Sunny will move to Texas with him. If Janine moves, as well, she’ll be ordered to complete an inpatient rehab stint, and if she stays in CA, she’ll only have monitored visitation rights.

Ultimately, we hope this is the best for Sunny.

That poor little girl has been through so much – we just hope the right decision has been made!
