Jillian Michaels And Her Kiddies Brave The Waves At A Miami Beach!

Summer may have ended months ago, but it doesn’t look like Jillian Michaels got the memo!
The perfectly sculpted personal trainer made her way to Miami with her partner Heidi Rhoades and their two kiddies Lukensia and Phoenix where they all enjoyed some family fun on the beach!
Jillian proved that mommy-hood hasn’t kept her from staying in shape as she showed off her rockin’ bod in a bikini!
She also did a bit of not-so-heavy lifting as she got back to her piggy-back ride loving ways and gave Lukensia a lift into the water! Based on the little one’s reaction, we’re guessing it was pretty darn cold! LOLz!
