Is Jimmy Kimmel The New King Of Late Night?

All hail Jimmy Kimmel!
Jimmy Kimmel Live! is doing exceptionally well since the host delivered a HIGHlarious speech at the White House Correspondents Dinner.
Even though his show doesn’t air until midnight during the week, Kimmel beat NBC rival Jay Leno by 4% in the key demo ratings last Thursday!
His show’s ratings even beat The Late Show with David Letterman on several occasions last week. On May 7 the ABC show led by 5%, but jumped to 60% on May 7. Kimmel even managed to top Letterman by 20% last Friday with just a repeat!
With both a 2% increase among adults 18-49 and 2% increase in total viewers last week, Kimmel’s show is the only late night talk program that is actually expanding its audience!
Congrats on the success, Jimmy! You totally deserve it!
