The judge in Joe Simpson‘s DUI case has ordered Jessica Simpson‘s father to STAY AWAY from the booze until their case continues in September.
This comes after Shawn Holley, the legendary attorney for Lindsay Lohan, got the court date pushed back from today to September.
So maybe the judge just doesn’t like waiting! Cuz multiple sources find the booze order a bit high-maintenance for a first-time offender.
