John McCain Dead At 81

R.I.P. John McCain.
The war hero and onetime presidential nominee passed away on Saturday afternoon after a long battle with cancer. He was 81 years old.
The Navy pilot was captured and tortured as a prisoner of war for over 5 years during the Vietnam War. Afterward he came home and went into public service, spending two terms in the House of Representatives and five in the Senate.
We obviously didn’t agree with the Republican leader on every issue, but he always had our respect.
John is survived by wife of 38 years Cindy McCain as well as children Meghan, Bridget, John IV, James, and Sidney.
He will be missed.
