Kanye West Calls Ralph Lauren His 'Daddy' & Compares His Ego To A Table! Get Your Yeezy Fix HERE!

Kanye West shares his dreams in the culture issue of T: The New York Times Style Magazine!
Kanye West
is here to make your Friday!
The All Day rapper covers the latest issue of T: The New York Times Style Magazine by posing in a London cemetery.
The metaphors are way too real!
Except it’s his accompanying interview inside the editorial which is bound to enlighten the glossy’s readers.
While NYFW creator Fern Mallis and fashion publicist Kelly Cutrone publicly dissed the rapper and his designer skills, Kanye confessed to the mag:

“I dreamed, since I was a little kid, of having my own store where I could curate every shoe, sweatshirt and color. I have sketches of it. I cried over the idea of having my own store.”

Of course, Kanye is soon to achieving that dream with his Yeezy x Adidas collection. That obviously didn’t stop the criticisms from rolling in. He shared:

“I would like to be influenced as much as possible. I don’t care if you can see the influence in something, as long as I made it better.”

Is that his ego talking? Well, Kanye explained:

“I have this table in my new house. They put this table in without asking. It was some weird nouveau riche marble table, and I hated it. But it was literally so heavy that it took a crane to move it. We would try to set up different things around it, but it never really worked. I realized that table was my ego. No matter what you put around it, under it, no matter who photographed it, the douchebaggery would always come through.”

You guys, the table was his ego. We wonder if it’s still in his house.

Anyway, now Kanye has his family! He doesn’t need his ego anymore. He divulged:

“I feel like now I have an amazing wife, a super-smart child and the opportunity to create in two major fields. Before I had those outlets, my ego was all I had.”

And Ralph Lauren. Let’s not forget the adorable embrace he and the legendary designer shared after Ralph’s NYFW show!
It was an awesome moment, and the rapper’s explanation is surprisingly even better, saying:

“Do you know what he said when he did that? ├óΓé¼╦£This is my son. And I was thinking, ├óΓé¼╦£I knew it! I knew Ralph was my daddy!'”

Was that interview not the best?? And those were just the HIGHlights!
