This is just getting beyond ridiculous.
Douchebag Jon Gosselin has been going on an all-out media campaign to defend himself and bash the mother of his eight kids.
And now he’s opening up about the supposed “therapy” he received… from Dr. Phil!
On yesterday’s ABC special, Primetime: Family Secrets, Jon reveals that Kate Gosselin would only agree to go to therapy if it was with Dr. Phil.
Says Jon, “I was very hesitant. I was like, ‘What the heck is this?'”
Well, we kinda agree there. Wouldn’t you want to go to private therapy with a certified, good marriage counselor?
But according to Jon, the session with Dr. Phil wasn’t really about fixing their marriage, but more about fixing their TV show!
Jon adds, “We talked about the brand and corporate things and making the brand work. I felt it was weird. I was like, ‘Why am I here? I could be snowboarding.’ It wasn’t helping.”
As for Dr. Phil, he simply said “I respect the Gosselins’ privacy, I have no comment on their marriage.”
If this is true, we wonder how Kate will spin it. Though she still seems like the better parent, but Jon’s doing a good job of trying to make her look bad!
