Kathy Griffin recently did a photo shoot with Tyler Shields, the photographer known for being purposefully shocking and for setting expensive Birkin handbags on fire.

This shoot may be his most shocking yet, as it features Kathy holding up the bloodied head of Donald Trump as she stares into the camera.
It’s a good thing the prop looks so fake!
