Ryan Seacrest has Kelly Ripa in his corner.
After several of Seacrest’s colleagues defended the American Idol host amid his sexual misconduct scandal, his Live! cohost took to the air to voice her support of him. Just one day after possibly shady comments made to her peer on Live With Kelly and Ryan, the 47-year-old TV personality gushed about working alongside Ryan.

While discussing the upcoming Oscars red carpet, the blonde industry vet noted:
“I just want you to know you are a privilege to work with, and I adore you, and I am speaking on behalf of all of us here.”
In case you forgot, the radio presenter turned TV sensation was accused of misconduct by a former E! wardrobe stylist back in November. Not only did Seacrest deny the allegations, but the network launched an investigation into the matter. It was later revealed that “no sufficient evidence to substantiate” the claims were found. The misconduct claims resurfaced this week when the stylist, named Suzie Hardy, went public with her allegations.
So, it’s a pretty big deal that Kelly is siding with Ryan amid all of this. And, to really sell her point, the pint sized star continued:
“I know what an easy, professional, great person you are and I feel very, very lucky to work with you each and every day.”
Understandably, Ryan really appreciated Kelly’s public support. In response to his costar’s praise, Seacrest added:
“You are happiness.”
