Kelly Rutherford is not going to take this fight lying down!
As we reported, a NYC judge ordered the Gossip Girl star to send her children back to Monaco to their father Daniel Giersch.
However, one of the biggest controversies was that the former soap actress initially refused to do so, making the German businessman accuse her of “child abduction.”

Well now, the 46-year-old is addressing those claims.
On Friday, the Kentucky native appeared on Good Morning America where she talked — along with her lawyer Wendy Murphy — to Robin Roberts about her dilemma.
In regards to those kidnapping allegations, she said:
“I was accused of things I was not able to even defend.”
Murphy added that Hermes and Helena were only supposed to be in Monaco with their father for a temporary amount of time.
“He violated his agreement. He violated an American court order, and the saddest part of this story is no American court seems to give a damn.”
Rutherford not only believes her children’s voices “have not been heard,” she says she wasn’t given a fair shot.
“I walked into a courtroom where everything felt like it was already done. It was a done deal├óΓé¼┬ª His mother was sitting there with plane tickets, smiling, ready to take them.”
