Kesha Served With Dr. Luke Lawsuit As Legal Documents Are Stuck To Her Front Door!

Kesha just got served, and on the front door of her Venice home no less.
In the latest development in this heated legal situation, Kesha was recently delivered documents pertaining to the suit filed by Dr. Luke in response to her own recently filed lawsuit, which contained allegations of alleged physical, emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse against the DJ.
While Kesha reportedly told doctors of this alleged abuse while she was in rehab for an eating disorder, a rep for Dr. Luke has stated that these claims are “preposterous.”
Complicating matters even more is a recently released email from Kesha’s mom to Dr. Luke‘s lawyers, which contained a demand that either Dr. Luke release her daughter’s music publishing rights, or that he would be outed for what he allegedly did to Kesha.
We’ll see how this develops but something tells us that this legal battle is going to get ugly.
