Kroy Biermann seems to be in his “self-improvement” era amid his messy divorce with his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak!
The 37-year-old former football player took to Instagram to share to give a peek into this “journey of self-improvement” he has been on recently. He told his followers in a video on Friday:
“I came across a really cool part of the book that I was reading today, and it suggested that I appraise myself according to several specific character traits. They offered six questions to reflect upon, answer and journal on to see where I am in my journey of self-improvement. I wanted to share that with you guys today in hopes that it helps somebody in their journey and their self-reflection and improvement. Let me know what you guys think, and I wish you guys all the best in your own journey in this thing we call life.”

Kroy then shared the six queries in the following slides that talk all about the qualities of “loyalty,” “compassion,” “patience,” and more. You can ch-ch-check out his entire post (below):
Wow. He’s really getting reflective during his divorce! The former Don’t Be Tardy star later took a moment to thank his followers in the comments section of the post for all the love and support he’s received, writing:
“I am so grateful for the support and positivity. I wish I could reply to ALL of you personally! Please know that I see EVERYONE’S comments and I appreciate them so very much!! Love you all!!”
There’s no doubt both he and Kim need a ton of support as things continue to grow nastier between them during their breakup! Since filing for divorce in May, the former couple have thrown out some serious accusations, including accusing each other of abuse. Kroy has also slammed the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s alleged gambling problem, claiming it’s “financially devastated” their family. Things are so bad between them that they’re no longer directly communicating with each other. As a source previously noted:
