According to The US Sun on Friday, the couple plan to invest in some luxury properties in Europe together! Wow! A source claimed to the outlet that Kylie and Timothée have been “actively looking” at multiple places to purchase after asking their representatives to find something special for them. Where do the two specifically have their sights set on? Paris and Milan!

Considering the actor and the makeup mogul travel around the world frequently both for work and pleasure, the insider noted that “it’s a brilliant move” for them to establish a base together across the pond. It’s like a home away from home! They added:

“They have been actively looking for a place and should be making a decision pretty soon on which one or ones they will buy. They both love those cities. They are mostly looking for apartments where they can feel comfortable, make the space their own, and enjoy plenty of privacy. It’s a very smart move.”

The outlet reported that Kylie and Timmy have narrowed the search down to several impressive properties, with prices running from $2 million to $8.2 million. In Paris, some of the most luxurious options include a 17th-century townhouse in the prestigious Hôtel de Chaulnes. For a whopping $4.2 million, the place is in “immaculate” condition, featuring two bedrooms and two baths. It also has “an exceptional view” and “great volume, original decorative features such as Versailles parquet flooring in excellent condition, two fireplaces, and a period fresco painted on one of the ceilings.” Other choices include a $4.6 million home with five bedrooms, a 2,055-square-foot property valued at $7.5 million, described as a “true haven of peace,” or a $8.4 million residence on one of the “most prestigious streets in Paris.”

Whoa! And those are just the properties in France! It sounds like the ones in Milan are equally as luxurious! Kylie and Timothée may go with an over $2 million three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft in a desirable area of the city, a $3.8 million property in the heart of Milan’s Missori district, or a $3.1 million apartment located in one of the “most exclusive” areas.
