Needless to say, their causal fling just wasn’t what they both wanted anymore.
Life & Style reports that Lauren Conrad has broken up with Dancing With the Stars pro Derek Hough, claiming that the relationship “peaked” and that she is no longer interested.
A source close to Lauren claims LC “had fun with Derek…but she always kept her options open.” Sounds like gurlfriend was waiting for a better offer to come along! Thankfully , it sounds like Derek knew what he was getting into as another source adds:
“This was a rebound that wasn’t going to last. Derek never thought it would, either.”
Well, at least now they can both move on, stronger than they were before their last breakups. Sometimes, all you need is that one guy or gal in-between to make you feel better before you move on for good!
