And once again, we’d just like to say: WE WERE RIGHT!
Gleeks! SPOILER ALERT! We would like to direct your attention to the picture above. It’s of Lea Michele from yesterday afternoon. She’s walking back to her trailer after filming a scene with her newly cast two gay dads and Cory Monteith. You may recall from this week’s episode that Finn shockingly got down on one knee and asked Lea’s character Rachel Berry to marry him. Finnchel fans across the land have been sitting on pins and needles since then, anxiously awaiting her answer to his momentous question.
Well, we think we might have unearthed the answer. We would like to direct your attention to Lea Michele’s hand. Her LEFT hand! Her LEFT hand with a very OCCUPIED fourth finger!
That’s a ring, people! That’s a freakin’ engagement ring!
Now, there are two ways this could be going down:
1) Lea could be screwing with us all. She could be purposefully walking out into the daylight wearing a ring on that finger just to get us all in a tizzy and make us feel like fools for dreaming so big.
OR
2) She could’ve forgot that she had it on after finishing a scene where Finn asks permission from Rachel’s two gay dads to make her his wife. (Which is EXACTLY what we said two days ago.)
Anyone else PRAYING for option #2? Yes? GREAT!
