Leah Remini To Testify In Lawsuit Against Scientology Church Leader!

Looks like in addition to getting hot on DWTS, Leah Remini will be bringing the heat on the Church of Scientology in a lawsuit.

Leah will give deposition in a trial that has Monique Rathbun, wife of ex church exec Marty Rathbun, making claims that the Church of Scientology, and its leader David Miscavige, continuously tried to intimidate her through harassment, surveillance, and defamation.

Ugh, if this is true, the Church needs to stop bothering ex-members! If someone switches cell phone providers, the guy from the Verizon store doesn’t track you down!

According to Monique’s attorney, the Queen of Queens will shed light on some of the Church’s secrets, as well as talk about how ruthlessly David runs Scientology.
