Liam Payne Had 2 Girls With Him In Hotel Room 'Hours Prior' To His Death

The investigation into the One Direction singer’s death, intended to reveal the truth of his balcony fall, has seemingly uncovered something rather unsavory…

Liam was staying at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina all alone when he leapt to his death from the balcony of his 4th story room. But previously his girlfriend Kate Cassidy had been with him in Argentina. They arrived in the city on September 30, in time to attend Niall Horan‘s concert. They shared several Snapchats from their vacation bungalow together. But something happened, and Kate left — reportedly on October 14. It was after that he got the room at CasaSur.

It sounds like the vacation got a lot less healthy once Kate left. We told you about the photos taken in Liam’s hotel room, showing the place trashed — but also drug paraphernalia all over the place. White powder, burnt aluminum foil, a lighter. The toxicology report will take a while, but it seems like Liam was partying pretty hard before his death.

Well, brace yourselves… but he may not have been partying alone.

The National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office in Argentina said in a statement obtained by Page Six that investigators are questioning two women who were with him. Per the statement, the women “had been with the musician in his room” in the “hours prior” to his death.

Authorities don’t seem to think there was any foul play involved anyway — as all his injuries were “vital and produced at the same time as each other, and that no injuries were observed that would suggest the intervention of third parties.” Even still, they made a point of saying they already know the girls “had already left the hotel when the incident occurred.”

While the statement explained the investigation is partially “aimed at determining the possible intervention of third parties in the events prior to the death of the victim,” they made 100% clear that “everything indicates that the musician was alone when the fall occurred, and was going through some kind of outbreak due to substance abuse.”

So these girls are just witnesses to Liam’s behavior shortly before he jumped from the balcony. We already know the hotel’s receptionist — who called 911 before the singer’s death — believed Liam was “high on drugs.” These girls are important to the investigation as they would to confirm if he took anything before his death, even if they didn’t witness the incident itself.

Separate from that, of course, is something unrelated to the investigation, perhaps, but pertinent for Liam’s girlfriend. He had two girls with him in his room, apparently doing drugs, after she had left the country. Oof. It doesn’t look good. It makes it look like Liam was indulging in more than drugs.
