This is incredibly sad.
Lil Peep died on Wednesday night from a suspected drug overdose. He was just 21.
If you follow the rapper (real name Gustav ├âΓǪhr) on social media, he often and openly posted photos and videos documenting his drug use. Hours before his death the Awful Things artist shared a photo with two pills in his mouth with the caption, “├░┼╕┬É┬ú├░┼╕ΓÇÿΓǪfucc it”. Another pic posted earlier this week was labeled, “When I die You’ll love me.”

His manager wrote on Twitter after the incident:
“I’ve been expecting this call for a year. Mother fuck.”
The singer’s ex Bella Thorne also took to her Instagram story emotionally reacting to the news:
“Anybody out there who is a Lil Peep fan, you guys know how talented he was. You guys know how great he was. Well, he was even more fucking great as a person.”
Peep you deserved more out of life. Life didn’t do your greatness justice
