Lorde's Song Royals Banned From Some Of San Francisco's Airwaves! Find Out The Reason Why HERE!

These radio people must be some pretty diehard fans!
The San Francisco Giants are in the World Series against the Kansas City Royals and a couple of radio stations in San Fran will NOT be playing one particular song to show their support for their favorite MLB team.
And it’s Lorde‘s Royals that seems to be suffering from this kind of support!
Radio stations KFOG Radio and 96.5 KOIT have said they have pulled the song from their lineup until after the World Series is over.
Lorde has said in the past that the inspiration for the song’s title came after the musician saw former player George Brett in a Royals uniform back in 1976, so the song does reference the team that probably everyone in San Francisco despises right now!

However, one Kansas City radio station will be fighting back against this ban!
Kansas City radio station 99.7 The Point will be playing the Royals song once every hour from 7am to 7pm on the day of the first game’s opener.
Talk about fighting fire with fire!
Take that you couple of San Francisco radio stations!
