Lucy Hale Gets It All Wrong At The Gracie Awards Gala

Well this is unfortunate.
Lucy Hale failed to shine, despite her dress trying its darndest, at the Sexy Hair sponsored Gracie Awards Gala in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night.
The Pretty Little Liars starlet chose a potentially seksi Halston cutout dress, but the brown color was just blah!
Lucy paired the frock with sparkly pink and purple Stuart Weitzman heels, which really only made things worse. Sure they’re pretty, but they should be worn with an equally pretty dress.
At least her hair and makeup were gorge, we’ll give her that.
