Oh no!
On Tuesday night, PGA golfer Bill Haas and actor Luke Wilson were involved in a fatal car crash that left the driver of the Ferrari Haas was riding in dead.

According to reports, the Ferrari sideswiped Wilson’s Toyota SUV before colliding with a BMW. Haas and the driver of the BMW were taken to the hospital, while the driver of the Ferrari was pronounced dead at the scene. Wilson did not sustain any injuries.
A statement Haas’ manager, Allen Hobbs, to Golf Digest reads:
“Last night in Pacific Palisades, Calif., Bill Haas was involved in a serious car accident in which the driver├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥a member of the family with whom Haas and his family were staying for the Genesis Open├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥was killed. While Bill escaped serious injuries and has been released from the hospital, he is understandably shaken up and├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥more importantly├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥his deepest condolences go out to the host family during this tragic and difficult time. Bill will withdraw from the Genesis Open and plans to head home to Greenville to recover. He appreciates the support of friends, family and the golf world as a whole, and he has asked for privacy as he processes what has happened.”
