Tiger Woods is sticking close to the Trump family amid his scandal…
As you know, the professional golfer was arrested last Friday after clipping the back of a pickup truck and rolling over his car in Florida. He got charged with two misdemeanors — DUI with property damage and refusing to submit to a lawful test. All because cops believed Tiger showed “severe signs of impairment” at the scene, appearing “lethargic” and struggling through a field sobriety test. A breathalyzer confirmed he had no alcohol in his system. Although the athlete declined a urine test, cops found two loose hydrocodone pills in his pocket at the time. He has since pleaded not guilty and is seeking treatment.

Before his arrest, pictures taken at the scene showed Tiger on the phone following the car accident. It was unclear who he was talking to. Some may think it was an attorney or agent, but both guesses would be wrong. It turns out he was talking to President Donald Trump at one point.
In bodycam footage obtained by Radar Online on Thursday, Tiger is seen pacing up and down the two-lane road after the crash. An officer attempts to stop him, saying:
“Keep you down here with us, please.”
The 50-year-old quickly got off the phone, saying:
“Yeah, I was just talking to the president.”
He then muttered that he was “trying to get away from everybody.” Hmm. It’s unknown what Tiger and Trump discussed. Watch the footage (below):

Of course, Tiger has Trump’s number because he is dating the president’s former daughter-in-law, Vanessa Trump. She has since broken her silence on the DUI on Instagram on Friday, making it clear she supports her man. Alongside a throwback photo of them, she wrote:
“Love you.”
