Mama June Shannon is married to Justin Stroud… again!
The 43-year-old longtime reality TV star said “I do” to her man for a second time down in the Florida panhandle on Saturday. And it sounds like her entire family was there to help celebrate her roundabout love story! So sweet!
According to a press release first sent out by WEtv on Saturday, the Mama June: Road To Redemption star appears to have redeemed her romance with this second set of vows. She walked down the aisle to Justin in “an intimate oceanfront ceremony” at the SpringHill Suites in Panama City, Florida.

The best part was that Mama June’s daughters were all there to witness the wedding! According to the release, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird, Jessica ‘Chubbs’ Shannon, and Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell all proudly looked on as their momma walked down the aisle to her man. Plus, June’s grand babies Stella, Sylus, and Bentley Efird were all in attendance at the nuptials as well. That’s a big deal knowing all the drama this family has gone through! We were worried they’d never be on good terms again, and here they are smiling and wishing Mama well! Good to see everybody was happy and celebrating!
The reality TV star spoke to ET, who apparently RSVPed to the event, telling them how thankful she was to have her family by her side for such a special moment in her life:
“This was the first time the family had all been together since 2014. So it was really special to get married in a place where my family and I have had so many memories!”
Love that!
The beach-side wedding seemed to be a low-key affair through and through. The duo didn’t opt to include any bridesmaids or groomsmen for the shindig. Instead, they wanted only their closest family members involved, as June explained:
“We wanted to have a small and very intimate wedding, so we didn’t have any groomsmen or bridesmaids. All four of my girls walked me down to Justin and his mom walked him down the aisle.”
As for the formal stuff, Honey Boo Boo’s momma opted for a gorgeous white gown from David’s Bridal. She held a bouquet of deep blue-purple flowers for photos, and showed off a very small portion of hot pink dyed hair to loudly highlight her otherwise blonde look.
Meanwhile, Stroud wore a simple and traditional black tux from E&S Formal in Montgomery, Alabama — and paired it with a pair of Jordans. Because why not?! Gotta have a little fun while getting formal for the ceremony, right? The duo had a six-flavored wedding cake to top off the ceremony. The outlet noted their first dance was to Ed Sheeran‘s Thinking Out Loud. So sweet! You can see snaps of the couple’s oceanside affair HERE.

As Perezcious readers may recall, these two had actually tied the knot already. They got married for real at the courthouse in Wilkinson County, Georgia back on March 23, 2022. Nobody knew about it for a long time, though! In June of last year, three months after their courthouse wedding, the pair confirmed on Instagram that they got hitched. Mama June and Stroud had been dating for about six months before that — so things moved relatively quickly for them. Heck, most couples wait like 10 years before renewing their vows! LOLz!
For real though, this second wedding ceremony in front of family is great to see. It seems like everything is going smoothly for June and Justin. Here’s to newlywed life… times two!
BTW, the US Sun reports this Panama City ceremony will be featured in an upcoming episode of Mama June: Family Crisis. So very soon, we’ll all see how this Florida affair went down. Can’t wait for that!!
