Looks like she’s already spending some of that serious divorce $$$, even though it hasn’t been finalized yet!
Earlier this week, we learned that Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t have a prenup, so all their assets will be split 50/50!
At the time we heard that Arnold wants to keep things amicable and that he’s giving Maria “a very generous divorce settlement” out of his very wealthy earnings of $500-$750 million.
Now, in preparation for life without Arnold, Maria has already found a new home, and sources say that she’s in the process of purchasing a $10 million house in Brentwood.
We’re glad to say that the home is close to Arnold’s house, which should def make it easier for them and their kids, given the fact that they’ll be sharing custody.
Congrats on the new place, Maria! You absolutely deserve it!
