Get well soon, Adam Levine!
The Maroon 5 frontman is dealing with a throat problem, according to reports, and it’s evidently serious enough that the band is canceling their concert in Liverpool, England tonight.
Levine said in a statement:
“I am really sorry not to be able to perform tonight, but I have been told to rest up by the doctor. As a band we always want to give every performance our all and sadly I just cannot do that tonight.”
Sadsies!

The band confirmed the news on Twitter, too:
Due to Adam’s throat problem, our show tonight in Liverpool at Echo Arena is cancelled. Please visit point of purchase for refunds!

Luckily, Adam is expected to recover within 36 hours, and even though the Liverpool date is off, the rest of the group’s world tour will not be affected by the cancellation.
As much as it sucks for Maroon 5 fans in Liverpool, better to miss one concert now than several of them later on the tour!
